Selling Policy

Lynch Investigations & Countermeasures Pty Ltd and their wholesalers sell all of their products legally in Australia (except goods marked Export only), some may not be approved for use in certain situations, and you should seek legal advice in your local area for the specific product required. The products for sale are intended for private use and should be used in a considerate and responsible manner; some however may be illegal to operate in your country. Please familiarise yourself with the law as it affects you before using certain devices. Lynch Investigations & Countermeasures Pty Ltd and their wholesalers assume no liability associated with product usage. By placing an order the buyer states that he or she is over 21 years of age. All orders must be paid for prior to dispatch from our warehouse. Payment will be accepted via PayPal, bank transfer, or money order only. Some products may and may not have instruction manuals. Lynch Investigations & Countermeasures Pty Ltd don't provide training for any of the products advertised through the online store.


Refund Policy

PLEASE CHOOSE CAREFULLY. Lynch Investigations & Countermeasures Pty Ltd and their wholesalers do not normally give refunds or process cancelled orders just because you change your mind. No returns will be accepted by Lynch Investigations & Countermeasures Pty Ltd or their wholesalers without proper authorisation. Authorisation and shipping instructions for the return of any products must be obtained in writing from Lynch Investigations & Countermeasures Pty Ltd or their wholesalers. Delivery address, name and contact details must be supplied and confirmed before returns commence. Goods must be packaged in a secure method with a minimum of 2cm depth of bubble wrap or similar material for protection during transport. Failure to comply with these requirements could void your warranty. All goods returned for warranty or refund must be in their original condition and packaging. Lynch Investigations & Countermeasures Pty Ltd and their wholesalers retain the right to refuse any order without providing reasons for doing so. Original proof of purchase must be supplied for return authorisation to commence. All approved returns & approved cancelled orders are subject to a 20% restocking & administration charge or a $40.00 charge, whichever is greater. Damaged or used products cannot be returned. This doesn’t affect you statutory rights.


Shipping

Lynch Investigations & Countermeasures Pty Ltd will arrange for your order to be shipped by your preferred choice at your cost. Goods in stock will usually be shipped within 24-48 hours. Orders that require manufacturing or modification will be discussed between the customer and the wholesaler in consideration of the product requirements. We will arrange shipping for your order from the wholesaler maintaining a high level of effort to ship your purchase to you ASAP but cannot and will not be held responsible for the late arrival of orders due to shipping delays. Any customs fee or tax costs for import purchases will not be the responsibility of Lynch Investigations & Countermeasures Pty Ltd. A purchaser of an imported product or service via Lynch Investigations & Countermeasures Pty Ltd will need to take into account that they will need to pay all customs fees and tax costs for the products or services purchased from Lynch Investigations & Countermeasures Pty Ltd. Also please be aware that the majority of our products are imported from other countries, so if selecting the Express Shipping option prior to checking out in our Online Shopping Cart, Express Shipping will only increase the efficiency of delivery after the product you have ordered gets to Australia.


Insurance

If you need insurance, please let us know so that we can request insurance on your behalf. International and domestic shipping insurance is at your cost and at your request only.
